I’m Dawn Wang, a veteran of the Chinese education industry. My experience includes working with Julia Gabriel, co-founding EduGrove and co-founding Yue Xue Le with I Can Read. Each chapter has shaped the educator and founder I am today.
iEmpower is my ‘third baby’. It brings together the lessons I’ve learned and my desire to create an even better learning experience.
My goal is to build the best secondary Chinese programme I can: one that helps students understand deeply, express themselves clearly and grow in confidence.
OUR DOWNTOWN EAST CENTRE

iEmpower Learning owns the Downtown East centre. Here, preschool and primary programmes (N1–P6) are offered under Yue Xue Le, co-founded by Dawn Wang and I Can Read. Secondary Chinese and Higher Chinese are offered under iEmpower Secondary, independently developed by Dawn through iEmpower.

Yue Xue Le 和 iEmpower 是同一个品牌吗？
They are two distinct brands. Dawn co-founded Yue Xue Le with I Can Read and independently founded iEmpower. Its secondary programme is independently developed by Dawn through iEmpower.

At Downtown East, our secondary programme is offered under iEmpower Secondary. It helps students build on their primary foundation and adjust to secondary reading, writing and discussion tasks. Families can choose to enrol according to their child’s learning needs.

Secondary Chinese and Higher Chinese tuition is held at Downtown East, Pasir Ris, at the same centre as Yue Xue Le. Classes are available for all secondary levels, with lessons scheduled across Monday to Sunday. Contact us for your child’s level and available time slots.
